Erria was founded in 2023 with the vision to build a digital space that connects artists, designers, suppliers, fabricators, and beyond. We are just at the beginning, and our greater mission is to reimagine creative connection and rebuild a creative industry defined by access and opportunity.
What we’ve brought into the world first is this simple tool, a directory that allows the inspiring creativity of the world’s greatest makers to be more easily discoverable. We hope to launch a self-sustaining version of this site in the near future. In addition, our founder, Alyssa, offers consultation and sourcing services, learn more about that here.
A note from our founder:
I graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2020 with a degree in furniture design. I spent the next two and a half years living between Berlin and NYC, supporting social impact organizations in solidifying their communications and creative strategies. Over these years, I watched my RISD peers hit countless roadblocks while launching their creative careers. Finding ways to support independent creatives in earning sustainable incomes from their work is what has drawn me back into the design world.
I’ve put together this site with whatever minimal website skills I have, but my goal is to build a self-sustaining site where creatives can maintain their own profiles.
